Feeling rather melancholy today. And worrying about two special guys in my life. Trying to turn the worry into prayer since I know good and well that worry won't do them any good, and prayer will. But that's easier said than done sometimes. *smile*
Jesus, please guard them, protect them from evil and hurt. Don't let them be swayed by false things, ungodly things, or counterfeits. When even the evidence presented is faulty, strip away what appears, and let them see what your eyes see. Give them the wisdom that can only come from You. Guard their hearts, their bodies, their minds, and please bless them both in a huge way this week. Overwhelm them with knowledge of how deep and how wide your love for them is. And remind them of what is truly important in this life and the one to come.
