James 1:17 (NLT)--"Whatever is good and perfect comes to us from God above, who created all heaven's lights. Unlike them, he never changes or casts shifting shadows."

Sometimes it seems the world around me is constantly changing. Truth seems hidden in error. Promises are made and broken. What is right one day seems wrong the next.
But God never changes. And He never casts shifting shadows.
What He says today will still be right tomorrow. The promises that He made years ago are still valid today. And His truth won't suddenly become error next week.
He's stable, He's faithful, He's solid, He's truth, He's light.
He's the same yesterday, today, and forever.
That's my God.
